Most Men Were Never Taught How to Father.
We were handed the role — and expected to figure it out.
Some of us had great dads to model. Many of us didn’t. Most of us had something
in between — men who tried, but carried their own wounds, their own silence,
their own unfinished business.
And now it’s our turn.
The question isn’t whether you love your children. Of course you do. The question
is whether love alone is enough — or whether your kids deserve a father who has
done the work. Who shows up not just physically, but fully. Who has looked honestly
at the man in the mirror and asked: Is this who I want to pass on?
Fierce Fatherhood exists for men who answer that question with a hard, honest no —
and a fierce commitment to change.

This Is a Year That Will Change Your Line.
Not just your life. Your line.
The way you father shapes how your children love, how they lead, how they raise
their own kids decades from now. Every pattern you break, every wound you heal,
every skill you build — it doesn’t stop with you. It travels forward. That is the true meaning of generational wealth.
This mentorship is for men who understand that fatherhood is not a burden to
manage. It is a gift to be honored — and a craft to be mastered.
You’re Ready For This If…
You’re expecting or just started the journey
…and you want to begin with intention, not improvisation.
You’re years in and realise something needs to shift
…in how you show up, how you connect, how you lead at home.
You didn’t have a great father yourself
…and you’re committed to making sure the same isn’t said of you.
You’re done with “good enough”
…and you want to be the kind of father your children are genuinely proud of.
You believe fatherhood is one of the most important things you’ll ever do
…and you want to treat it that way.

Twelve Months. Twelve Themes. One Complete Transformation.
Each month goes deep on a pillar of excellent fatherhood — building on the last, challenging you further, and giving you practical tools to apply immediately in your home.
01 · KNOW THYSELF FIRST
The father you become is shaped by the man you already are.
- Mapping your own childhood wounds and patterns
- Understanding how you were fathered — for better or worse
- Identifying your core values and what you want to pass on
- The difference between reacting and responding
04 · EMOTIONAL MASTERY
Raising emotionally healthy kids starts with you.
- Managing anger without suppression or explosion
- Modelling vulnerability as strength, not weakness
- Naming and validating emotions in yourself and your child
- Breaking the “man up / don’t cry” inheritance
07 · RAISING BOYS / RAISING GIRLS
Meeting the specific needs of who your child is becoming.
- How fathers uniquely shape gender identity and self-worth
- What sons need from a father that only a father can give
- What daughters learn about men — and themselves — from you
- Avoiding projection; seeing your child as their own person
10 · RITES OF PASSAGE
The father as initiator into the adult world.
- Why modern culture has lost initiation — and what it costs boys
- Creating meaningful milestones at every age
- The conversation every father must have with their child
- Letting go as an act of love
02 · THE SACRED COMMITMENT
Fatherhood as a chosen vow, not just a biological event.
- What it means to truly show up
- Reconciling freedom, identity, and responsibility
- Making peace with sacrifice — and finding meaning in it
- Defining your personal vision of fatherhood
05 · PARTNERSHIP &
CO-PARENTING
The relationship between parents shapes everything.
- Loving your partner as an act of fathering
- Navigating conflict without children as collateral
- Supporting your partner’s identity beyond parenthood
- Co-parenting across separation, distance, or difference
08 · THE BODY, PLAY & ADVENTURE
Physicality as a primary language of fatherhood.
- Why rough-and-tumble play is developmental, not dangerous
- Teaching risk, resilience, and physical confidence
- Nature, sport, and the great outdoors as classroom
- Your own physical health as a fathering responsibility
11 · SPIRITUAL DEPTH & LEGACY
Connecting fatherhood to something larger than yourself.
- Passing on values, not just beliefs
- Stories, family history, and roots as identity anchors
- The kind of man your child will remember and describe
- What you are building that outlives you
03 · PRESENCE OVER PERFORMANCE
Children don’t need a perfect dad — they need a present one.
- The phone, the distraction, the absent mind
- Quality vs. quantity time — and why both matter
- Rituals and routines that build connection
- How children experience your attention as love
06 · DISCIPLINE AS GUIDANCE
Authority without fear — structure without shame.
- The difference between punishment and consequence
- How boundaries are actually an act of love
- Consistency, follow-through, and why threats backfire
- Raising self-discipline, not just obedience
09 · PROVISION BEYOND MONEY
Redefining what it means to provide for your family.
- Financial responsibility without reducing yourself to a paycheck
- Providing safety, stability, and emotional security
- Time, attention, and energy as the real currencies
- Work-life integration vs. work-life balance
12 · THE FIERCE FATHER
Integration. Commissioning. Becoming who you were made to be.

- Commissioning — stepping fully into the role

Two Weekends That Will Change You
The brotherhood gathers in person. No screens. No distractions. Just men, doing real work together — in their bodies, in the land, in the room. These weekends are where the integration happens. Where what you've been learning becomes who you are.
This Is Not a Course You Watch and Forget.
This is a mentorship you live.
Every month includes deep-dive content, reflection work, and practical challenges
designed to move from insight to action — in your home, with your kids, in real time.
And you won’t do it alone. You’ll be surrounded by a brotherhood of men who take
this as seriously as you do. Men who call each other forward. Men who hold the
standard high — not out of judgement, but out of genuine commitment to each
other’s families.
Because that’s what brothers do.

Whether you’re stepping toward fatherhood, finding your footing in the early years,
or a seasoned dad ready to go deeper — this mentorship meets you where you are
and takes you further than you thought possible.
Direct Access to Ben, Every Month
Once a month, you get 60 minutes alone with Ben. No group. No agenda except yours. This is where you bring what's actually happening — in your relationship, with your kids, inside yourself — and get real guidance, not generic advice. This is where the work gets personal.
Your Guide
Ben Raya
Ben Raya has spent 15 years living at the intersection of men's work, tantric practice, somatic healing, and sacred masculine embodiment.
His path didn't begin in a training room. It began in the fire of real life — raising two daughters who refused to let him hide from his shadows, three years working as a lumberjack in the mountains where the land and the labor stripped him down to something essential, meeting ego death at the summit of Everest, and rebuilding himself after a debilitating back injury stripped away everything he'd been using to define himself. Each descent became a doorway. Each loss became a teaching.
What emerged from those initiations is a practice that refuses to choose between devotion and fierceness, between depth and accountability. Ben carries both — because he's had to live both.
He has guided men through breathwork journeys, relationship crises, grief, rage, and purpose reckonings. He knows the particular loneliness of the capable man who has built everything and still senses something essential is missing — because he has been that man.
Ben does not lead from a stage. He leads from inside the circle.
